[WATCH] TOP 5 Anime Must Watch! (Highly recommend by a certified otaku)

For the non-anime lover out there and who just started watching animes. Yes, this is a “must see top 5 amazing popular animes of all time” (integrated by me of course).

5. Sword Art Online (SAO)

sword-art-online-800x4201

Sword art online was the best for featuring the gaming world. Gamers here could relate to this kind of settings. For some might not like this because this is a bit focuses more on “drama” but for me the conflict of this story is pretty amazing. [In a cruel turn of events, the players soon realize they cannot log out; the game’s creator has trapped them in his new world until they complete all one hundred levels of the game.]

I’m really hooked up to this anime. I like how kirito (main character) made the best out of him. He’s pretty simple, kind, gentle and genuine but he is indeed a hero to say. When his oath to someone he takes it with full pledge that he will fulfill it at all cause, like when he said to asuna that they will survive and conquer this game madness and meet again to the real world. It was a heartfelt to watch when he finally woken up the first thing he needed and wanted to do is to find asuna. (Spoiler alert!) Of course every anime has romance, the romantic adventure of kirito and asuna made this anime more thrilling and exciting.

Gun Gail Online is the Part two of SAO; you can continue to watch it after this one.

4. Nanatzu no Taizai

The setting of the story is like a world similar to the European Middle Ages, where the Holy knights, Kingdoms and supernatural existed. Also add up the angels and demons conflict that made this story thrilling and worthy to watch. However, if you read this on manga before watching it you might get confuse. For some reason, the manga is more complicated than the anime.

It focuses on the adventures of Elizabeth, the third princess of the Kingdom of Liones, and her search for the Seven Deadly Sins. With their help, she endeavors to not only take back her kingdom from the Holy Knights, but to also seek justice in an unjust world.

“Seven Deadly Sins: Lion’s sin of pride, Serpent’s sin of envy, Boar’s sin of gluttony, Goat’s sin of lust, Grizzly’s sin of sloth, Fox’s sin of greed and Dragon’s sin of wrath.”()

This anime is so thrilling that i have no break on watching at all! I just had one long day to finish this anime but 2 seasons (24 episodes) is not enough though? I’m looking forward for some future updates and official release. Also i recommend you to read the manga to understand the characters more.

3. One Piece

I love one piece as much as i love pirate stories. One Piece has one of the most interesting and definitely most immersive worlds I have ever seen in Anime.  The character designs are great, diverse and keep you invested in the show. The entire thing just screams adventure. In that regard there are few things to complain about, the art style is fantastically creative and is sure to suck in every interested viewer.

Although i really love this anime but i had never finished or been updated watching it. At the time this anime started, twas the year i was born and i started watching this around 2014. I hated the idea that this anime do more recap and 3 mins for opening and another 3 for ending out of the 23~ minutes of each episode, as if the creators of the show forgot it’s a shounen anime and instead got the idea that the audience are elderly people with Alzheimer. This might be the reason why can’t coped up with this anime. (I hope hardcore fans would not be offended of what I just commented)

To sum up, At least i had ranked it as my no. 3 in the list. So basically for me this anime is worthy to watch although i hated the plus the characters here are so incredible and awesome.

2. Naruto

Coming up at no. 2 at my top list is “Naruto”. Boy this anime is huge! This anime wherever country you might go is very popular and you are not an anime-lover if you don’t stan naruto first. The settings are about ninjas, villages and kages and more like a Japanese-style I could say.

A powerful fox known as the Nine-Tails attacks the ninja village Konoha. In response, the leader of Konoha, the Fourth Hokage, seals the fox inside his newborn son Naruto Uzumaki at the cost of the father’s life. As a child, Naruto is isolated from the Konoha community, who regards him as if he was the Nine-Tails. A decree made by the leader the Third Hokage forbids anyone mentioning the Nine-Tails to anyone else. Twelve years later, renegade ninja Mizuki reveals the truth to Naruto before being defeated by him with the Shadow Clone Jutsu technique, earning the respect of his teacher Iruka Umino. Shortly after, Naruto becomes a ninja and is assigned alongside Sasuke Uchiha, whom he often competes against, and Sakura Haruno, on whom he has a crush, to form a three-person team, Team 7, under an experienced sensei, the elite ninja Kakashi Hatake. Like all the ninja teams from every village, Team 7 is charged with completing missions requested by villagers, ranging from doing chores and being bodyguards to performing assassinations. (plot from wikipedia)

I remember my male cousins use to imitate characters in naruto. They’ll be like “kagebushi-no-jutsu” and start attacking everyone it was fun! Probably my anime-fan blood runs in our family because all of us especially boys like anime so much!

1. Fairy Tail

fairytale_1600x900_0

My heart is screaming for joy and love if someone says fairy tail! Just watching the opening makes me excited as like a child unwrapping her Christmas present. The comedy, action and character development and soundtrack and battle music is so freakin’ absolute amazing and awesome! The collaboration of magic, guild and dragons is daebak!

The fictional world of Earth-Land (アースランド Āsu Rando?) is populated by wizards, they are referred as ‘mage’ in the manga. They coalesce into guilds to hone their magical abilities and apply them to paid job requests. Seventeen-year-old wizard Lucy Heartfilia runs away from home to join Fairy Tail, a wizards guild famous for its members’ overly destructive antics. She is invited into the guild by Natsu Dragneel, a wizard with dragon-like abilities who travels the kingdom of Fiore (フィオーレ王国 Fiōre Ōkoku) in search of his missing foster father, the dragon, Igneel. Natsu forms a team with his cat-like companion Happy and Lucy, later to be joined by ice wizard Gray Fullbuster and armored wizard Erza Scarlet. The five embark on numerous guild missions, which include subjugating criminals, illegal dark guilds, and ancient Etherious (エーテリアス Ēteriasu) demons created by the dark wizard Zeref. (plot from Wikipedia)

I especially like how the show promotes lessons as to always go with your friends, never rely on yourself for tough challenges, and always live for you and your family (friends). This anime is one of the best Anime’s and it is one that you need to take consideration into watching if you want to watch a great show. Although I would recommend you to read the manga just to be updated because this anime is still hanging the Fairy Tail 2014 just ended last year and no sign of anime returning I heard the manga creator would finish the manga this late 2018! Otoke?! Oh well I would cry if this will end but this anime will remain in my heart forever.
